However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to default those measures or use your personal informations for improper purposes.

Limitation of our Liability 

Nothing in these terms of use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our website or any content on it, whether express or implied.We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our website or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

TriForce Chauffeurs may change any of the prices, payment methods and promotion at any time.Payment by American express , credit  & debit  card are subject to 3% surcharge fee. Please make sure to read our policies before placing a booking.


We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control. An Event Outside Our Control is defined below. 

An “Event Outside Our Control” means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, snow, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, impossibility of the use of motor transport or other means of public or private transport, road traffic accidents, road closures and the Vehicle suffering mechanical failure.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under the Contract:

we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you

we shall not be liable to you as a result of any delay or failure to perform our obligations under the Contract as a result of an Event Outside Our Control; and

we shall endeavour to provide you with an alternative vehicle or means of transportation through which to complete the Journey.
